- Must LOVE animals
- Previous experience a plus
- Must be very computer literate
- Clean up “pet mess” all day long
- Check all customers vaccinations
- Review customer enrollment forms
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer telephones and sell services over the phone
- Be able to explain and sell our services, merchandise and products
- Multi-task in a fast paced, detail oriented environment;
- Open and close registers, count money, separate charge slips, coupons, and balance cash drawers
- Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
- Clean and organize shelves, counters, boutique, office and surrounding area
- Help customers try merchandise on their pets
- Work on your feet all day
- Must be available for weekday, weekends and holidays with flexible hours
- Work in a noisy environment

- Lift heavy mop buckets
- Clean up "pet mess" all day long
- Bathe and lift small and large pets
- Give pawdicures
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor all day and night campers
- Feed and dispense medications to campers
- Work on your feet all day
- Work in a noisy environment
- Perform physically demanding work
- Work well with humans and pets in a fast environment
- Recognize signs of aggression or other behavior issues
- Manage multi-pet play groups ranging from tiny to huge pets
- Be physically and mentally able to address aggression/behavior issues
- Applicants must be available for weekday, weekends and holidays with flexible hours
     

Required Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
