For peace of mind and safety of all, Camp Canine has developed a comprehensive screening process. This type of cage-less facility may not be for all dogs and Camp Canine reserves the right not to admit some dogs based on temperament and level of sociability.

Privacy Policy

All client information is kept private and confidential. We do not share personal client information for marketing or any other purpose. All keys, personal information and alarm codes are kept locked and secure.

Client Updates

To provide the best care for your pets, we need to keep all information on file current. We encourage our clients to contact us in a timely manner with any changes ( i.e. telephone #, feeding instructiuond, adding a new pet, medication, keys, code changes, veterinarian changes, and/ or emergency numbers.)

Cancellations

Due to limited space, all reservations require a 50% deposit with a full balance due upon check-in.

Deposits for cancelled reservations over a Holiday or Hurricane Boarding are non-refundable and will be used as a credit towards future day care or boarding only.  Desposit for camper  reservation during non-holydays-hura will be credit.

$50 convenience fee applies for checking in or out during holiday hours.

*After Hours Fees: Campers picked up after closing times will be charged $1 per dog every minute the owner is late.  Any campers not picked up by 30 minutes after closing will be required to board overnight with additional boarding/meal charges made responsible to owner.

*All campers must meet Camp Canine requirements.
